Also launched from Wilson Daniel’s, a new wine from Drew Barrymore, “Barrymore Pinot Grigio.”  The wine comes from Northeast Italy and Wilson Daniel’s describes it as “A crisp and fresh Pinot Grigio.” The inspiration behind this wine: “Wine is all about the journey. On Friday the 13th Lucia was shown the brand new offices of Wirtz Beverage Wisconsin and was introduced to the sales team, she was then off to Lake Geneva with National Accounts Manager Lorelie Walters. That evening Lucia and Lorelie enjoyed a wine tasting at Pam’s Fine Wines in Mukwonago with help from sales consultant Lisa Brown from Wirtz.

On the final day of Lucia’s trip to Wisconsin, she experienced a great wine tasting accompanied by some great cooking demonstrated by Chef Walters which incorporated some of Lucia’s own wines which was held at the Abbey Resort Fontana on Lake Geneva. Wirtz’ employees Lorelie Walters and Carey Nelligan were in attendance to accompany the event.

It was a great pleasure to welcome Lucia Raimondi to the Wirtz Beverage Wisconsin family and we hope she can come back sometime soon.
