The Wirtz Beverage Group management team focuses exclusively on managing the company's strategic vision-to become the leading luxury and premium beverage alcohol wholesaler by 2012-while implementing the core operations and cross-function initiatives at each of the Wirtz Beverage Group state affiliates. Team members hold leadership positions in national and state trade associations guiding policy and advocacy efforts to benefit and support the entire beverage-alcohol industry.

Tabatha Vece provides leadership in the development and integration of Wirtz Beverage Group's personnel management and labor relations programs. Vece coordinates all aspects of human resources implementing company-wide best practices to ensure suppliers and customers receive the best and most efficient service in the industry.

Most recently, Vece served as human resource manager for Judge & Dolph in Illinois where she provided guidance and direction for all functions of human resources including union negotiations, succession planning, training, employment relations and policy administration. Vece began her tenure at Judge & Dolph in 1996 and held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Human Resource Coordinator and Human Resource Generalist.

Vece earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois.
