The Wirtz Beverage Group management team focuses exclusively on managing the company's strategic vision-to become the leading luxury and premium beverage alcohol wholesaler by 2012-while implementing the core operations and cross-function initiatives at each of the Wirtz Beverage Group state affiliates. Glen Hoch facilitates as a critical outlet and liaison for Wirtz Beverage Group, suppliers and distributorships throughout the country. Hoch works alongside the entire five-state group implementing a cohesive and aggressive strategy that is uniform to the Wirtz Beverage vision of long-term growth, unsurpassed supplier relations and increased market share.

In 2008, Hoch played a leading role in the transition of Wirtz Beverage’s Illinois-based Judge & Dolph, LLC, assisting in operations, sales, delivery, human resources, finance, and contract negotiations. Previously, Hoch served as the director of finance for Judge & Dolph overseeing supplier contracts and budgeting. Prior to that role, Hoch held various sales positions at Judge and Dolph including district manager, area manager and marketing director.

Earlier in his career, Hoch worked as a sales representative for Continental Distributing Company; a company later purchased by Judge & Dolph. Hoch received his Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign.
