Danny Wirtz drives innovation to bring new premium and luxury brands to the Wirtz Beverage portfolios throughout the country. Wirtz also leads strategic marketing initiatives to become the preferred wholesaler in multicultural markets for the company’s affiliates throughout the country.

Most recently, Wirtz served as director of global reserve brands at Judge & Dolph championing the aggressive supplier-driven, global effort to double the current rate of growth for the Diageo Reserve Brand Portfolio sales by 2011. In this role, Wirtz targeted luxury on-premise accounts and developed innovative “retail theater” in off-premise accounts to increase brand sustainability and sales of Diageo’s signature products; most notably, Johnnie Walker Green, Gold and Blue Labels, Don Julio tequila and Ciroc vodka.

Wirtz brings national and international marketing experience to Wirtz Beverage. Working in both New York and London, he aided the large-scale promotion campaigns for global product clients such as Motorola, Nike, Apple and Ray Ban. Previously, Wirtz worked as an account director for The Fish Can Sing, Ltd., where he oversaw new business development and executive global marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College.
